Who we are
Zyrel Atelier operates zyrelatelier.pk and accepts perfume orders through website checkout and WhatsApp. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse, order, contact us or receive promotional messages. Email info@zyrelatelier.pk or WhatsApp 0332-9999222.
Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect information you provide, such as your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, order details and messages. Payments can also involve transaction references or payment confirmation details. Please do not send banking passwords, PINs or one-time security codes.
Website activity
Our website uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Google Analytics collects information about website visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, browser and device information, and session identifiers. Our Cookie Policy explains these technologies and available browser controls.
How we use information
We use customer information to process orders, communicate about payment and delivery, arrange replacements, respond to enquiries and maintain order records. We use website analytics to understand how visitors use the site and improve the shopping experience.
Promotional messages
We may also use customer names and contact details to send promotional offers by email or WhatsApp. We do not currently ask customers to complete a separate marketing opt-in. You can request removal of your name and contact details from our marketing list by emailing info@zyrelatelier.pk or messaging 0332-9999222 on WhatsApp. Removal from the marketing list does not stop messages needed to handle an existing order or support request.
Sharing information
We share delivery details with delivery partners to fulfil orders and arrange replacements. Payment services handle information relating to payments made through bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Our website and communication service providers process information needed to support those services. Google processes analytics information, and WhatsApp processes communications made through its platform. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Third party services
Google, WhatsApp, payment services and delivery partners handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Their systems may process information outside Pakistan. Keeping information
We have not set a fixed retention period for customer order records. Records are therefore not automatically deleted after a stated period. If you have a question about information we hold, or want to request a correction or deletion, contact us. Removing a contact from the marketing list is separate from deleting order or payment records; any request concerning those records must also take account of applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Your requests
You can contact us about your personal information, ask for inaccurate details to be corrected, request deletion, or ask to stop receiving promotional messages. Email info@zyrelatelier.pk or WhatsApp 0332-9999222. Please explain your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant contact or order.
Changes to this policy
Meta Facebook Pixel is not active at launch. We will update this policy when it is introduced for advertising or when our information practices change. Please review this page for the latest description of how we handle information.
